The Team That Makes It Work. Team Nigeria.
Founder
Patricia Woodard Larosa, a woman of profound vision and unwavering compassion, is the esteemed Founder and President of Bethel’s Love Outreach Foundation—an organization birthed from a deep-seated conviction to serve humanity with love, dignity, and restorative hope. With a resolute commitment to the alleviation of suffering and the empowerment of lives, Patricia stands as a beacon of faith-driven leadership in the realm of global humanitarian work.
Her academic and theological foundation is as rich and diverse as her heart for service. Patricia holds a Doctor of Ministry (D.Min.) from the Asian Christian Theological Seminary, located in Port Blair, Andaman & Nicobar Islands, India. This institution, accredited and affiliated with prominent theological and educational bodies such as the Discipleship Institute for Apostolic Ministries (India), IK University and ICVMUCC in Florida, USA, as well as JIAZO Bible College University (USA/Zambia) and the World Mobile Educational System (USA/Nigeria), upholds a strong tradition of apostolic scholarship and ministerial excellence. Her conferment of the Doctor of Ministry degree on the 7th of October, 2021, under the imprimatur of the seminary’s Board of Council Executive and faculty recommendation, is a testament to her scholarly rigor, spiritual maturity, and ministerial preparedness.
Patricia’s theological insight and academic achievement are not ends in themselves, but instruments through which she channels her divine calling. At the helm of Bethel’s Love Outreach Foundation, she has cultivated a dynamic platform for transformative engagement, one that transcends geographical and cultural boundaries. Under her visionary leadership, the foundation serves as a sanctuary of compassion, addressing critical societal issues such as poverty, lack of access to education, healthcare disparities, and the marginalization of vulnerable populations. Her work seamlessly integrates spiritual care with tangible support, ensuring that hope is not merely spoken but tangibly delivered.
Her ministry is not merely an extension of religious duty, but a lifelong vocation rooted in apostolic legacy and humanitarian zeal. As the foundation continues to expand its reach and deepen its impact, Patricia remains the unwavering force guiding it with grace, wisdom, and an unrelenting dedication to uplifting the downtrodden.
In every endeavor, Patricia Woodard Larosa exemplifies the union of academic excellence and heartfelt ministry, embodying the spirit of servant leadership that lies at the very core of Bethel’s Love Outreach Foundation’s mission: to ensure that no one, anywhere, goes to bed hungry—physically, spiritually, or emotionally.
